Services
Summit Sweeping & Asphalt Maintenance, LLC, has been in operation serving the Roaring Fork Valley and surrounding areas since 1991. My wife and I have owned the business and we are proud members of the Better Business Bureau. I take a total-care approach to help maintain my customer's property, whether it is driveways or commercial lots, by providing services that are convenient and worry-free.
A clean and well maintained parking lot projects the image of success to patrons, while a dirty lot takes away from the beauty of the building and patrons might hesitate from entering. Sweeping the sand, dirt and debris off your lot helps the interior of your building to stay clean and helps prolong the life-span of your flooring.
Asphalt damage is caused by many factors such as: gas, oil, sun, oxidation, salt, water penetration and hot/cold weather. Cracks are ugly and once they start they grow quickly and if the cracks become too large, the asphalt may have to be replaced rather than repaired. Crack filling prevents water from entering and weakening the base and/or sub-base of the parking lot therefore preventing further deterioration.
Sealcoating your parking lot or driveway is one of the most important elements you can do, it not only beautifies the appearance but it slows down the oxidation; slows water penetration; resists ultraviolet rays; reduces the effects of the freeze-thaw cycle; improves the flexibility; easier to maintain; and increases the life of the asphalt.
A hole in your parking lot or driveway is a safety issue not only for pedestrians but vehicles as well. Patching holes is the most effective repair when the surface has been damaged, neglected or no maintenance has been done. The benefits of fixing the asphalt are that it beautifies the lot, improves the functionality of your lot or driveway as well as helps drainage issues.
