I have been wanting to get Lashes for a while, but also I have been hesitant as I am 49 and although I think the really long lashes that are longer on sides are beautiful on younger gals - it isn't what I wanted. I wanted and got the perfect, full, hybrid lashes! They look like really thick real lashes with mascara! Chiaki is an artist, they are perfectly created, balanced and beautiful! The best I've ever seen! I'm so excited to have met Chiaki, she's awesome- kind and patient! Adore her love my lashes - thank you so much Chiaki!

Update: Alisa, my review was based on your lack of communication after my most recent visit. I wanted to go back. I asked your artist when I could return again and wanted to talk with you about what we could do for the next visit. In no way am I complaining about not paying for a service that wasn't up to par. I offered to pay for it because I felt bad, that's the truth. I got a subpar service and still wanted to pay. I get not all services are guaranteed but a call from the owner of a small business is appreciated to figure out what's next. And the previous history of communication

The place itself is easy to find and look clean. No privacy or separation between other customers before and during treatment.
I was never asked what style I want and what option are available. The technician started working on me immediately.
The process itself was too long 2hrs+ and I felt irritation in my eyes during (it felt like she is poking/stabbing my eyes!) and continued after for few days.
Now, it's not the first time I am getting my lash extended, I knew what to expect more or less. I hoped that for $125+I will get Fabulous lashes, otherwise I would get Groupon for $60...

I came to Swoon as a newbie after many of my friends raved about their services. At first I was concerned about allergies, since I'm one of those rare people who seem to be allergic to everything. Alissa went out of her way to book an appointment to do a few test lashes and a test spot on my arm before anything. After no reaction, I went on to get extensions, and boy am I so HAPPY with them! Sometimes I see women with obvious eyelash extensions- it just looks so unnatural. While I got a boost and more of a va-va-voom look, it looks as natural as possible.

I paid over 240 dollars for the mega volume. It doesn't look like mega volume at all and I woke up the day after getting it done with an eye infection. My eye hurts so much it's crazy. Photo attached. I've gotten lash extensions 4 times before this in other locations. I've never had anything like this happen before. It's unfortunate especially because I have an important event and that is why I got the extensions in the first place. Now I'm going to look like a freak with an infected red eye. Oh and my other eye is still stinging from the glue 24 hours later. Over

She tattooed my eyebrows they look totally natural. She also did my lips and I love them. I've been in the industry for over 20 years I am super picky with who I go to. I have referred several of my clients to Alyssa. Everyone is very happy with her work. What I like the most about her work is it doesn't look tattooed at all.

Had an amazing eyebrow tattoo from Alisa. My eyebrows look incredible, so natural. They're perfect. Alisa is so talented and professional. She cares about every small detail. Alisa is the absolute best! I have been going to her for almost 2 years and my lashes always look amazing- really full and tons of volume. People stop me all of the time to ask about them. I tried going somewhere else when the appointment time was more convenient for my schedule but was so disappointed with the result, knowing how much better they looked when Alisa did them. Her studio is also beautiful and comfortable.

I had my lashes done by Alisa and love them!! The place is so cute and clean. Alisa is very detailed and customizes the lashes for your eye shape and the look you want. I have had lashes done before at another place and they felt heavy and irritated my eyes. These literally feel like I have nothing on my lashes and are so comfortable. I am super happy with them and will definitely be going back for a fill. It's amazing how lashes will make you look and feel. Love them!

This review is only based on the communication on booking an appointment with this company. I tried calling 2 days ago and no one answered so I left a message. Tried calling again an hour later, still no answer. I got a txt message later that evening saying there was an opening for the next day and to book online through their website. I tried booking it for that day but the website prompted me saying the next available appointment was for 4 days later. I txted the number back telling them this but they were still not much help. If you want GORGEOUS, full lashes, this is the place to go. Not all mink lashes are created equal, I learned this lesson the hard way. Alisa uses only the best lashes, and it makes a HUGE difference in how you look. She is able to give you a beautiful enhanced mascara look. She takes her time to make sure you are getting the look you want. Other places in the area use "mink" lashes and they look and feel like fake plastic tubes on your eyelid. I happen to have very sensitive eyes and the lashes and glue she uses doesn't bother my eyes at all. I am so happy to have found her!!

Alisa is fantastic and did an amazing job! I got mine done for the first time ever two weeks ago and I absolutely love them! Went back today for fills and they look great. The experience was so relaxing, I fell asleep both times and woke up to having gorgeous lashes! I love Alisa and will continue to see her for my fills. So happy!

Alisa does an amazing job and makes you feel so comfortable during the process, checking to see if you're doing okay. She cares about her work and her clients, listens to what you want and does it perfectly!
The eyelashes are beautiful and she'll give you the look you want, dramatic or just mascara-lashed look. I can't recommend her enough. She's also very reasonably priced, believe me, I checked a lot of places and researched for a month before going to Alisa.
Parking is easy, same structure as 24 hr fitness and up the stairs from the gym.
