At the age of 25, Owner/Operator Nick Tomes had a dream to start his own precision machine shop. He worked as an apprentice machinist and toolmaker. Throughout his career he has gained practical experience, a true business sense and has developed a strong work ethic. With just two brown and sharpe automatic screw machines, Nick founded Tomes Precision Tool Company in 2003 operating out of an old barn in Zionsville, Pennsylvania.
We have the capability to offer CAD designing and CAD/CAM services. We can create blueprints for manufacturing to 3D models for CAD/CAM programming, 3D printing, and marketing/advertising. When CAD/CAM programming with 3D models we can simulate the machining of the desired product before manufacturing.
