We had an extremely pleasant experience with the gentleman that helped us today (09/20/21). We were referred by our chiropractor and can absolutely see why! The service at My Computer Hero was fantastic. I dropped my computer off to be cleaned up from numerous viruses. Bill cleaned up my computer and activated a safe virus program. It was fixed in a matter of days and back in my hands. I felt the cost charged to fix and install was very reasonable. The service from start to finish was great.
