How does it work? Chiropractic is based on the idea of removing imbalances both structural and postural in an effort to allow our body to heal itself. The first stage of spinal degeneration is when there is a minor loss of normal spine balance and spinal curvature. The surrounding features of the spine such as nerves, discs and joints begin to age quicker and are continually more stressed. This stage of the degeneration process rarely is accompanied with any major pain.

This office is organized and timely! Dr Bennett listens to you and treats you efficiently. Experiencing lots of benefits from treatments; less pain, breathing better, less numbness, flexibility and body movement increased and I am standing and sitting better. Would highly recommend Dr Bennett and the friendly office staff for your chiropractic needs.

I have had chiropractic card for many years but have never felt relief as quickly as I have with Dr. Bennett. I am currently pregnant and thought I was going to have to struggle with back and pelvic pain for the rest of my pregnancy. In a few short weeks my pain has almost resolved and I feel like I did pre-pregnancy. Dr. Bennett is amazing and her staff are lovely as well. I am so happy to be her patient.

After experiencing awful back pain and getting zero help from the doctors I was seeing, I decided to try a chiropractor. Doctors were scheduling me out 8-10 weeks even though I was having trouble walking and sleeping from the pain but, when I called to schedule with Bennett Family Chiropractic, they offered to take me in that very day! I met with Dr. Bennett who was able to diagnose my issue quickly and develop a treatment plan. I'm sleeping better and I am able to walk without hobbling in pain. I am so grateful for what this practice has done for me.
