We work hard so you don't have to. River Run Rental Management is the only ON-SITE manager for River Run Condos. Our properties are clean and well taken care of. Our Comal River vacation condos have views of the Comal River, the riverside pool, hot tub, and are within walking distance of downtown New Braunfels, TX.
The office is located on premises under building "A" (ground level) as you drive through our gate. Military Discount applies to Active or Reserved Military-All branches, Active Police, Fire/EMS, and Sheriff. Paper and kitchen products (extra paper towels, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, extra trash bags), cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap for onsite laundry, food items, personal hygiene supplies, and grilling equipment.

First of all, I left a shoe in the condo and notified them within hours of leaving. They claim that their cleaning crew is instructed to turn any items in to lost and found, clearly they do not.
They took over a month to respond to my emails and never notified me that the show was not found. After calling repeatedly, I spoke with someone who was so RUDE and said their was nothing they could do to help me.
They do not make it a priority to help their renters and don’t want to have responsibility.
Second, the condo that was rented was extremely over priced for the priced and tiny. $1000/2 nights

Nice place, but be prepared to end up paying almost double the primary listed room rental price once all the additional fees are tacked on. Guess rentals sometimes get burned by a rowdy group of drunken partiers, but for us oldies, who leave the place almost cleaner than when we came, it hurts to feel like we are suspect as soon as we show up.

Great time. We visit every year and stay in a different condo each time. This year no river running bc my youngest broke his arm but my oldest enjoyed the river in our place. The place is always clean, it’s very private, the security is friendly but makes sure you are safe, the environment is fun and exciting but family friendly. Suggestion: bring yard games and pool toys and your own towels for the pool. River run keeps us coming back year after year. Good job!!

Place had security, 2 bedrooms and a pull out in the livingroom. There were 8 of us and we were not crowded at all. Also, it has a fully stocked kitchen, but no seasonings of any kind, so bring your own !! Nice pool and jacuzzi! Easy access to the river, and tube rentals. Only problem we had was the fridge didn't stay very cold, and the ice maker didn't work. Close to Walmart and some fast food places. We will be visiting again!! Oh and its close to the water park as well!

I've got a really mixed opinion of this place. While I really enjoyed the stay in New Braunfels (particularly the river and downtown, super fun), the condo had a few pros and cons.
Pros: very clean rooms, nicely and simply decorated with a lot of fun quirky style. Close to the river (huge pro), with access to grills, picnic tables, and a pool and hot tub. Beds were super comfy!
Cons: rules and regulations were poorly enforced, particularly when it came to volume. Loud neighbors will be loud neighbors, but there were moments when it became a bit too much of an issue. However, that's hard to enforce

Room 306A. First of all it's a like a college dormitory wearing wristbands. Towels provided are hand towels. The bathtub fills up before you can take a shower. The entire bathroom was soaked. Parking lot is also like a college dorm. The master bedroom mattress squeaks so loud when you move around. The mattress is also hard. The twins in the second bedroom are so small and they were both tilted. They had to sleep worried about ending up on the floor. For the cost I would pass.

Our 1st stay here was amazing last summer so we booked here again this summer for our annual labor day dove hunt..
The rooms were perfect again, but we booked because of the family oriented settings here. We brought our 4 kids with us and paid more than our usual vacations because it is gated with security and has strict rules. Unfortunately this round our kids got to smell pot the whole time we were here, we witnessed fights at the pool both evenings we were there and the cops showed up both nights. We were unable to enjoy the pool or the river access here at all because of the drunk adults everywhere

Heck yea!! Great place to stay, but only 4 stars because they are super pricey for a small condo!
Location is AMAZING!! Right next to Landa Park--the "top" of the Comal...two great entry points for the river to float!
While the complex boasts a No Pets rule, there were several dogs in site with different tenants/renters.
Decent pool, but who needs that when the beautiful river is easily accessible!!

We stayed here for 4 nights in August and we had a great time! We actually decided to add an extra night to our stay because we weren't ready to leave and our room had an extra night available :). Renting online and check-in/check-out was easy. The staff were very friendly and took good care of us during our stay. The location is great because you are about as far up the Comal river from the last public exit as you can get (2 hrs float time). No need to pay extra somewhere else to enter the river. The pool on the property is great and a good place to relax after floating the river. Also, this location

River Run Condos were great! It had everything we needed. The location could more have been more perfect! The unit we had was perfect for us. There were several tube rental places across the street, so you just walked over to rent your tubes and then hopped on in the river. At this end of the river, each tube rental place picked you up in shuttle buses and brought you back. Several of the tube rental places offered discounts if you were staying at River Run Condos.
We will be back to this place. It was very relaxing. The staff at River Run was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We travel to new Braunfels every years for a teachers weekend away. We have stayed at several places, and this place was the best for all of our needs. We did everything online as far as renting the condo, and had no issues with our check in. We arrived late to NB and they were able to leave us a key in a lock box. Because we rented the larger condos we received three keys and three parking passes. River Run Condos do have a lot of rules, but it's what you should expect if you're visiting the river, ALL places do. They only allow people who are guest of the condos on site and that&apos

Planned a nice weekend get away to float the river. Decided on the convenience of this location. Went through an AirBnB host to rent a condo. Unfortunately last minute the AC went out in the unit. The host was gracious enough to pay for the higher cost unit available through the Condo HOA to rent through the weekend. I don't know if the manager on duty (Beth) was having a bad day or she is just ignorant to the definition of sublet. But she decided that what we were doing was a sublet and against HOA rules. Had a wonderful time. The manager Beth was very helpful at check-in. This place is right on the Comal River. We rented tubes across the street and walked across the property and jumped in for a 2 hour float and the tube company picked us up and brought us back. The view from our balcony was fabulous and Schlitterbahn was 5 minutes away when we went the next day. Great location.

Terrible. The "security" was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. One of the men at the gate told us that even though we did not have tags, we could park in the garage. Then they threatened to tow our cars because we didn't have enough tags (they only gave us 2 and our condo sleeps 8). Also, a long time friend who lives in the area was not allowed on the property because he did not have a wrist band yet they let dominos on the property without a hassle. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

I'm only rating this place as a 1 because there is nothing lower. Property management is terrible across the board. Security Gaurd at front gate acts as if he is running a prison compound and is an a@";h'le! The condo itself was disappointing and there is a never ending frat party going at all hours. Not at all a family friendly place. Very Dissapointed and would NOT recommend this place to anyone. In a word "Sucks"

My family of 6 had an. Absolute blast at River Run for 5 nights starting on 6/21/18. The place was really busy, but security is fantastic. They do not mess around regarding non guests crowding the pool or parking lot. I thought it was overkill until I got there and then It was very appreciated. The condo was VERY clean, beds were comfortable and had everything you could need? Bring your own towels for water activities! The laundry room was nice and a very big help!

So incredibly dissapinted with the staff at River Run on this trip. We have stayed at River Run for several years, we've enjoyed making amazing memories with our kids at this place and have never had issues...UNTIL NOW. Today we floated the river early waiting for our condo to be ready. We finished our float, and were across the street from the condo, the office called to tell us our condo was ready so we said ok we will be right over. We are traveling with another family who had never been to New Braunfels before and we were so excited to share the experience with them and their children

Came here about 3 years ago for the weekend. It was August. The condos were jam-packed. A bit noisy at night with all the college age kids partying out on their balconies. The pool was okay, could have been bigger. The hot tub was okay as well, could have been bigger. Too many drunk college kids trying to get a little too friendly in the hot tub. The lady working the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. And was very friendly when we asked her about places to eat around town. We are paying $900. for the weekend stay and we were refused parking at 1:30pm. Check in (early) is at 2pm, regular checkin at 4pm. The front desk girl denied parking and called security on my husband so he would be forced to move out of the parking lot. Customer service is not good. We've stayed here in years past and the rooms are fine, customer service is very bad.

This place used to be amazing. This year however the property management has changed to a new company.
The service was absolutely horrible and not family friendly at all. For example my whole family had to go back home for a funeral. They told us if we removed our wristbands for the funeral that we would not be given replacements and would not be allowed onsite for the rest of our vacation!
They even made a child walking back from the river stand at the gate while his dad ran back up to the room to get his child's wristband that he just forgot to put on. They treated the father like a criminal

This place is terrible. We were met by an angry security guard immediately upon driving up to the gate who demanded to see our wrist band and made us park in a separate lot. We saw the property manager when we drove in, but she made us wait twenty minutes in an empty office until she decided to check us in. Then, she wouldn't let us check in until our whole group of six was standing in the office. Management and security treated my friends and family like crap. The check in process is one of many things that are extremely wrong with this place. I'll never return.

A friend was renting these condos and we came to check out the place because we had the intention to rent as well. But a rude lady by the name of Beth who was a property manager. Came over and harassed us, I'm sure because we were not of the proper color. While harassing us about not wearing wristbands we pointed out other people who were not wearing wristbands and in the property's pool and she ignored the fact we were pointing out to her and continued to give us a hard time. The condo was fine and everything was clean. I find the cleaning fee and the rules of conduct both within the condo and on the property to be in line with what I expect in New Braunfels on the river.
What got them the four stars was the customer service. When I asked for a detailed receipt the lady in the front office told me she could type one up no problem and would have it ready for me the next morning at 10:00 AM. I was skeptical. However, when I walked into the office the next morning she just smiled and handed me the receipt exactly as I asked for it! Well done!
