Washington Farm Bureau
Farm Bureau is an independent, non-governmental, voluntary organization governed by and representing farm and ranch families united for the purpose of analyzing their problems and formulating action to achieve educational improvement, economic opportunity, and social advancement and, thereby, to promote the national well-being.

Farm Bureau is local, county, state, national and international in its scope and influence and is non-partisan, non-sectarian, and non-secret in character. For over a century WFB has improved the lives of farm and ranch families in Washington. Today we continue our mission by elevating the voices of our 46,000 members to ensure that our family farms continue to provide an abundant food supply in order to feed the world.
Services
At every level of Washington Farm Bureau, leadership is important. The organization is built on a foundation of grassroots leadership. Involvement at the local level ensures that the priorities of every farm and ranch families are heard. President LaPlant comes to us from Grant County where he farms hay, alfalfa, and timothy.
Washington Farm Bureau is a voluntary, grassroots advocacy organization representing the social and economic interests of farm and ranch families at the local, state, and national levels. By providing leadership and organizational skills, Farm Bureaus seek to gain public support on the issues affecting farm and ranch families.
The Washington Farm Bureau Legal and Education Foundation has been defending the rights of Washington's farmers and ranchers and educating the public since 1920. Washington Farm Bureau invites you to work with your neighbors to enhance the quality of life in your community and the unique ways agriculture touches our lives.
The Washington Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers program includes both men and women between the ages of 18-35. The objective of the Young Farmers & Ranchers program is to provide leadership in building a more effective Farm Bureau to preserve our individual freedoms and expand our opportunities in agriculture.
Washington Farm Bureau invites you to work with your neighbors to enhance the quality of life in your community and the unique ways agriculture touches our lives. WFB Membership supports programs that ensure the growth of safe, affordable, high-quality food for you and your family.

Your contribution will advance the Washington agricultural economy by advocating for family farms and ranches, developing opportunities for young farmers, providing student scholarships and grants, supporting local food efforts, creating food literacy programs for kids, ensuring water quality, promoting farmland preservation, and more.

Wonderful building for group meetings, presentations, or office space. Close to I-5, minutes from downtown Olympia and Tumwater. Beautiful wooded setting.
