WILLIAMS INVESTMENT PROPERTIES has been a family owned and operated business since 1975. Doug and Amy Williams own & operate along with their daughter, Bethany Wilson, who manages the business. WIP has provided 1000's of residents housing over the years. We work hard to develop good relationships with our tenants and take care of our properties.

Bethany Williams Wilson is WIP's administrative coordinator as well as the hands-on property manager. Bethany has been on the WIP team since 2012. She graduated from King College in Business Administration with a concentration in Management & Marketing. Bethany loves forming good landlord tenant relationships in order to best serve the business and take care of those we house! We just celebrated Michele being with WIP over 15 years!
In Abingdon, the oldest town in Virginia and home to the famous Barter Theatre (Virginia's own State Theatre). Many famous Hollywood actors did their summer internships in their beginning years. Ernest Bordwine, Gregory Peck, Patricia Neal plus many others. Also, home to the Martha Washington Inn and the most beautiful lake in Virginia, South Holston Lake where some of the best fly fishing and bass fishing happens n the South.
Blountville, TN is a great central location in the TriCities area as it is only 25 minutes from the city centers of Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport. The beautiful landscape and cozy population makes it a desirable living location of those who are seeking small town feel with bigger city amenities minutes away!

I wouldn't even give 1 star. Went by office knocked rang doorbell.at first i thought i had the the wrong place. But after speaking to another man in the building he said they were there that he just saw someone.
So ive called the office left messages. Even texted Bethany a few times . Noone answers.
