Gorelick purchased my home in a bulk deal from my landlord i was with over 10 yrs.. Initially they were cool but the slum side came out i submitted the same work orders for 2 yrs everytime i did they Decided to attempt to raise my rent by $598.00 to push me out as they patterned in pushing the rental assisted tenants out of their newly acquired properties needless to say 2020 same pattern ..i was left over a month in the cold ..stood firm in my repairs and ruffled the property mgr wrong ..and so the push out began again..during this time they were fully aware my household was recovering from covid

Can I give 0 stars? My complex was broken into at least 1x per month. I was told it's ok to hang pics if you spackle, but then got charged an $800 fee. The landlord told me in passing months before I moved out that they were planning on replacing the carpet, but then charged me for replacing said carpet. Walls were thin. Police regularly came by for neighbor's domestic disputes. This business deserves to go under.

My second time renting from Gorelick Real Estate. Allison is wonderful to work with. Living at Midtown Commons is unique because of its quaint, vintage charm, and the property is well maintained. Prices are reasonable and include most utilities which is hard to find. Walking distance to dining, coffee shops, local dry cleaners, and centered in Midtown. Great community for biking and walking. Also, you can have small to medium sized dogs here. Community garden and picnic tables. Neighbors are friendly too! Plus, each unit is uniquely different so you can personalize it it your taste!! In a sense, my first review was posted out of anger and emotion. What I said previously still holds true of how I have been and continue to be treated by them. I will just say this:
I encourage everyone to do your research and choose a property management company that won't treat you the way I have been treated. I made the mistake of signing a lease and losing out on $800.00. There are other companies who do what's right and return your money should anything drastic occur. This is clearly not one of those companies.

I have rented a condo from Gorelick Real Estate in Reno, NV for almost two years now and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! Not only is the location great, but whenever I have had a service request, I have always received a prompt response from Mary and the issue has been resolved in less than 24 hours. Gorelick Real Estate has been a pleasure to work with and to rent from. I have been renting from them for over two years and hope to continue to rent from Gorelick for many more years to come. If there is ever an issue, Mary, the property manager always replies quickly and consistently. Tony, the maintenance man, is also a quick and efficient communicator. Both Tony and Mary are also very kind and respect boundaries. I am always given a fair amount of notice if they need to come by the house. I highly recommend renting from this company!

The owners here take awesome care of their properties. I have seen three of their buildings and the renovations of the apartments were really nice, standards above other units with newer appliances and granite kitchens. I haven't seen many others that are maintained like this. They also have nice, well maintained landscaping. Their diligent managers that visit the properties all the time, fix everything before tenants need to advise and handle service requests timely. I'd highly recommend renting from Gorelick Rentals.

I lived here for about a year and found that I greatly enjoyed living in the apartment that I did. Mary, the landlord, is very nice and helpful. The pros of the place I lived in would be that the complex itself is well manicured and taken care of, my neighbors were very nice and friendly, and the location in midtown is great. The cons would be the quantity of junk-mail I received, occasional mold in the shower (this can be fixed with proper ventilation on the tenets part), the proximity to the Ponderosa Inn (an apartment complex connected to a strip-club which looks like a scene out of Breaking

HORRIBLE! Do not rent from this agency. They raise the rent constantly and steal from renter's deposits. They take advantage of the elderly and those on fixed incomes by continuously raising the rent. Rent raises of over $200 in the last 18 months is unacceptable! This woman the owner, Alison, is so stuck on herself and her wealth. She does not care about anything accept money and squeezing more money out of her tenets. Please DO NOT rent from her, there are plenty of other owners and other condos to choose from where the owners actually care. Take warning and protect yourselves and your family

The lack of professionalism from this group is the reason for my comment. I really enjoyed my apartment I rented for a year in midtown, but constantly felt as though Mary invaded our privacy. I saw her multiple times each week driving by the front of our apartment as well as our alley in the back. I wonder how many times she actually does that a day if I would happen to see her multiple times a week. She even drove by one day and said she thought our front door was open, walked up to our apartment knocked, and informed my roommate what she thought she saw. Obviously it was closed and you would

I've lived in the Gorelick's Midtown Commons for a year now after moving from Oregon and I'm so happy that I found this amazing complex! My experience with them has always been positive. Whenever any issues with the apartment has arisen, the team has fixed the issue within 24 hours and always followed up. Mary has been an exceptional help and living there has been really great. Would recommend Midtown Commons to anyone! Plus - the location is incredible!

I've lived in a Gorelick property for over two years. I recently moved from a studio to a one bedroom unit and I have no complaints. I love the location and my dealings with the owner and manager have always been first rate. I can understand why they rarely have vacancies. They provide an inviting living environment and they treat their tenants with respect.

The apartment we lived in was much overpriced. But that's not the worst part. After 2 months of living with a roommate, she decided to move out and I continued paying her rent. Mary told us that this meant she was breaking the lease and that I would get the full deposit when the lease was up. Fast forward 10 months and I get an email saying that she'll be sending the previous roommate half the money even though I alone had been paying the full $781 a month rent. She then emailed me saying that I didn't clean the apartment properly and that it was my job to replace all batteries,

I've been with Allison, Mary and Gorelick Real Estate for three years and couldn't be happier. I only had one or two problems which were handled professionally and expeditiously. I am in the process of moving out now, moving out of state for employment opportunities, and regretfully leaving Gorelick Real Estate apartments.
