Air Pro Heating & Cooling Systems, LLC was established in 1997 and serves the greater Shreveport-Bossier area. We are a Louisiana state licensed HVAC contractor offering maintenance, repair and installation services for all brands of heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial businesses.
Owner, Pat Cox, has over 30 years of professional experience and a solid reputation of being service and community oriented. He is a member of the Louisiana Heat Pump Association, the National Federation of Independent Businesses, and has served on past Advisory Boards for various dealers. He is also a past recipient of an Honorable Mention award in the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce's Torch Award for Business Ethics.

This was going to be a 5 star review prior to 15 minutes ago on January 3, 2020.
I was quoted a price for the work. I was quoted $145.
I received a bill 1 week later for $200.
I called, spoke with Pat & he explained it was because the guys had to come out a "second time" to clean up. And, it was said so surly & indignant that I asked to get clarity: "Sir, Am I understanding you're charging me $55 over the amount because they returned to clean up?"
Pat: Yes. Actually it should have been a full hour but we cut it to half.
Me: So, you all don't clean up behind

Very disappointed in Air Pro’s lack of responsiveness. I’m glad we learned early about their poor professionalism. They came out to provide an estimate for flashing repairs after a storm. After several attempts to get the estimated cost, so they could complete the work, we didn’t get a response. If the job is too small, just say that and we will move on. Now if we need an air conditioner replaced or repaired in the future, we know who NOT to call.

BUYER BEWARE
I had a bad experience with Air Pro. I called them when my drain line was clogged and backing up. Jason, a technician came out and claimed to blow out the line. Maybe he tried, maybe he didn't, but it continued to overflow, so he clearly did not fix the problem. Instead, he focused on selling me a new unit, claiming that it was an emergency and I had to make a decision right then (not wait the next week). I tried to talk to the management, and they were pretty rude about the whole event and acted like I had the wrong company. If so, why do I have a bill from you?

I am rather disappointed with Air Pro's refusal to correct problems associated with their installation on my home. In the opinion of a forensic construction expert, their methods caused toxic mold in my home and Air Pro refuses to address and or correct their faulty methods of installation or assume responsibility for the damage caused by their actions.
