A-Town Cleaners originally named Carl's Cleaners was purchased by Fran Stone in 2008. Fran has years experience in customer service, cleaning & restoration prior to purchasing Carl's. This cleaning plant has been operating since the 80's. Some of the personnel have been working here since that time.
We provide professional spot removal, hand finishing, environmentally safe laundry, wet cleaning and dry-cleaning service, backed by decades of experience, skill and knowledge of the dry-cleaning and laundry industry. We know how important convenience is to you, that is why A-Town Cleaners offers free pick-up and delivery service for your cleaning needs.
I have been an A-Town Cleaners customer for more than two years and there are a lot of good things I can say about them. The staff is very easy to work with and always have a smile on their face when I come in. A few times that I had been very busy and had no time to drop by clothes, I just phoned them and they were there the next day!

Do not take your designer items to be dry-cleaned here! I took three items to be cleaned, and two were returned to me damaged. The sleeve stitching on one of my items was ripped out, and the tags on my other item were ripped out. On top of the bad quality of work, I was only treated nicely once out of the three times I was in the store. I was also not alerted when my items were ready to be picked up.

They told me when I dropped of my pants that I have never been there before, but I have multiple times. They made me a new account. when I went to pick them up they had no records of me dropping anything off and proceeded to tell me I went to the wrong place or already picked them up. Even though I had my pic ticket and a text saying they were ready. Come to find out they sent my clothes to the other location. I will never use them again!

Best dry cleaners in town! I am new to Abilene and have been looking for a dependable cleaners for my work attire. A-Town is not only reasonably priced they are always friendly!! Something the other drycleaners I've used in this town are not. I'm glad I found them and will continue to use them for as long as I am here.
