Canyon Fireplace was started in August of 1984 by Rob Lewis in his garage where his first remodeled designs were built. In 1992, the company moved into fabrication and distribution warehousing that was leased. In 1996, the entire Canyon staff created the first ever fireplace only Design Center in the Country.

Worth the wait! Our fireplace remodel with gas/vent fireplace install was delayed by many months due (first) to product shipment delays, and (second) to the amount of Canyon Fireplace projects that were backed up as a result of these shipment delays. However, it was worth the wait. The expertise and quality workmanship are just what we wanted, in fact better than we expected. Canyon Fireplace is busy for a reason - they do good work.

I asked 3 or 4 local fireplace companies to provide a bid for my fireplace renovation project. Schelle from Canyon Fireplace came down to my place, took measurements and notes and provided a very competitive bid, the rest of the companies wouldn't even take the time to stop by for a small project like mine.
They were booked solid for months but we finally found a date that would work for both and I was informed that the project might take from one day to day and a half to complete. Rob arrived with his assistant and did a great job in 6 hours...done to perfection!

As if 2020 wasn't enough of a sh*t show, we had a house fire less than two weeks before Christmas.
Between interviewing contractors, dealing with the insurance company and salvaging what was left of our sanity, finding Canyon Fireplace was a godsend.
Schelle was upfront about wait times on delivery, scheduling and pricing. Although we did have to wait a bit for installation, we could not be happier with the results. Not only do we now have a modern fireplace that is up to code, but it was expertly installed by Rob and I am confident that safety was a top priority during the installation

Canyon Fireplace did an outstanding job refacing our master bedroom fireplace with a custom cherry wood mantel integrated with ledger stone. The mantel was a true work of art. They were so professional and the attention to detail was incredible. We looked a long time for the right contractor to do this job and it was definitely our lucky day when we found Canyon. Great job guys, thanks again!

WOW WOW WOW!! so impressed by this fireplace company. From the very beginning of the process to the end, Schelle was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She has a patient demeanor and a keen sense of style that helped me when I was stumbling through the process of trying to find matching colors/ materials/doors. I am admittedly new to the fireplace subject and didn't really know the correct terminology at times and each time, Schelle was able to help me create what I was talking about.

We had work done back in May, we loved how easy Shelle was to work with and all her great ideas, she was on target with everything.
Rob was so good at what he does and his guys, very professional, they showed up on time and cleaned up after they were finished each day, something I appreciated.
I would work with them again anytime!

We can't say enough good about Canyon Fireplace. From the first visit to their design vision and then the final product, it was perfection. Our new fireplace is absolutely beautiful! Actually better than we envisioned. Rob is a perfectionist and will give you expert design and workmanship. But a picture is worth a thousand words. If you want the best in fireplace design and build, hire Canyon Fireplace

I wish I can put no stars because they were horrible. So rude and they don't like to help. To request service you should wait months to get them in your house and when you call them they treat you as if you are begging for charity though you pay a lot of money for their fireplaces. I don't recommend them at all .
