Beautiful spa located conveniently in the heart of Green Valley. Walked in and was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The spa sounds and the smell of the spa was very tranquil. Being New to to this area, it is always difficult finding that right person to meet your standard of needs and care. At Continental Spa, Chayo was my shinning star, she was amazing! Great place! All the reviews about the staff being wonderful and friendly are true! After having both knees replace last year and after many weeks of physical therapy I was still having problems recovering. So, with much encouragement, I started massage therapy with 'D'. I was very nerviness about this at fist, but D and the staff made me very conferrable because of there built-in professionalism and kindness. In the first 4 weeks I lost 10lb by reducing leg swelling (something I couldn't do before). I'm doing more, felling much better and have improved sleep at night. I'm having D starting spending
