The Dental Implant Center of Royal Oak is one of the only dental practices in the greater Detroit area with a full-service, state-of-the-art dental lab on-site. It features the NextDent 5100 Revolutionary 3D Printer and the incredibly advanced Zirkonzahn Implant system. As a result, we design, scan, and manufacture even the most complex dental restorations right in our office.
Before any treatment, you will received a treatment plan which will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Dental Implant has been an awesome experience. They have taken into account all my fears and issues and made me feel more comfortable than ever. My procedure went awesome. Outstanding dental office. Came here after years of poor dentistry and finally realized what I was missing. Apart from the top-notch dentists, this place has the capability of 3D imaging your mouth, their own lab to create crowns, even has massaging chairs! I trust them to take care of my crowns, fillings, and even routine cleanings. No longer will I think of all dentist offices the same/equal, for there will always be this one standing out among the others.
I made the decision to come here even though it’s out of network, and I have 0 regrets. Thank you, Dental Implant Center of Royal Oak!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Dr. El-Banhawy and Dr. Elhage are both extremely thorough and informative. They always take the time to review all possible treatment options and answer all of my questions. The rest of the staff here is incredibly welcoming and professional, and the facility is hands down the cleanest and nicest practice that I’ve been to. I would recommend them to anybody in need of crown or implant work.

The whole team at the dental office were happy and professional. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable, thorough with the cleaning, and “made my day” - she would sing out a word or two to explain things as we went along. She made me smile the entire visit and they all made me feel great as this was my first time at this office.

My experience with Dr. Benhawy and his team at Dental Implant Center of Royal Oak has been fabulous. The team is customer friendly and go the extra distance to make me feel comfortable and meet my needs as a patient. Dr. Benhawy is an exceptionally capable doctor. Additionally he is very honest and a clear communicator who gives alternatives and can explain the key choices & recommendations. I cannot say enough about my experience and would recommend unconditionally!

Highly recommend! Appointments are always on time and run smoothly. They offer appointments after 6 pm which is extremely helpful and hard to find so very MUCH appreciated. Everyone there has been kind and informative on each part of the process. The day of my implant I walked out with a partial that was small and super effective. Only have good words to say!
