First of all, let us tell you all about Lerch RV. Lerch RV had a straightforward beginning. Ed Lerch started in 1977 when he opened Seven Mountain Truck Caps and Lerch's Arco gas station. Then in 1978, Ed changed the name of his business to the now well-known Lerch RV. With changing the business name, Lerch RV began to offer Prowler travel trailers & fifth wheels.

We started our camping shopping journey this past summer. We talked with Chris and he was extremely helpful. He showed us around and answered all our questions. Best of all, he wasn't pushy. He was understanding with our plan and our goal. Fast forward to a few weeks ago we saw a used camper on the lot and called Chris. My wife and I just purchased a camper from Lerch RV. We have never owned a trailer before and were referred by a co-worker. The 2 hour drive was absolutely worth it. Our sales person, Chris Croyle, was great to work with. He got us exactly what we wanted. The finance department made the whole loan process simple and explained everything very well. When we picked up the trailer the technician Shawn was very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked us through how everything on the trailer worked. The entire staff is very friendly. This is the second camper that we’ve bought from Lerch and I can’t say enough how great the shopping and purchasing experiences were!! First, the staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable - and what I appreciate most is their non-pressure approach. They NEVER hound you like some of the larger chains. Second, the camper we picked up today is perfect, just what we wanted. Mike did an awesome job walking us through all the camper’s features and answering all our questions. The office is very welcoming, clean and relaxed with coffee, snacks, and the family pets. The staff were all very friendly, Troy told us to go take a look and when we came in and told him what we were interested in he was very helpful finding the right one for us.

I purchased a camper from Lerch. I like the company and selections however, be careful if you have concerns of the company running your credit. The offer a pre-application. In my case, I was told that I shouldn't have a problem with my credit score which I told them the score . I specifically asked that they not run the credit check unless I fit their criteria first. I did sign a form to have a credit check. But was assured they would not run it until they had the finance department look at my previous application. They also said my score they could work with. So sounds to me like a positive

Unfortunately I wasted my time stopping here. One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went in and requested a sales persons. The women at the front desk was nice and said she would get me someone. I wish she would have gotten someone other than the "saleswomen" who had no interested in helping me. When I told her my price range... she sneered and said they didn't have anything. When I questioned that she said well you can look in our used lot. She did not accompany me to the lot, she pointed to the lot. When I ask if she could show me things in my range she

They were very easy to deal with when we bought the camper. However, I am very disappointed with the level of service when we picked it up and after the sale you can pretty much forget anybody giving you a call. I have tried numerous times to call and schedule appointments and get parts and no one seems to even care. My opinion they just lost all my business

Unbelievable how they don't give a rats a**. Went in to get replacement windows. Guy behind the counter was asleep, other employees could care less about a buying customer. Finally got some attention after asking, then they didn't seem to know the price or much else, said they would call us with info... no surprise, never heard from them. Must be nice to have little or no competition and clearly the owners don't give a dam either.

Contact Lerch about a trade on our travel trailer that was purchased from them. We were looking to upgrade and understood that we would need to pay more for the newer unit. I called the sales person and told them exactly what I was looking for. They even had the unit I was interested in on the lot! This was a easy sale given all I needed was numbers to get the sale done. I never heard back from ANYONE at the dealership. Apparently they are not interested in my business therefore we will be going elsewhere.

Was looking to purchase a 36 foot unit from this company considering the low prices. Agreed twice on price & trade-in. First time, was unable to meet my delivery timeline. Attempted again this month now that it is off season. Called twice and left a voicemail for the sales rep that I was heading out on Saturday - no response. Called sales rep and was told she didn't get my voicemail. I made my purchase with another RV place in the area on Saturday.
