Have you or a family member just been diagnosed with cancer? Cancer Services of Gaston County provides the support and resources you need for the battle against cancer. As a cancer services organization, we offer resources and support for cancer patients and their caregivers. All of our services are free of charge to local residents in the Gaston County area.
You can work together with Cancer Services to make a difference for people living with cancer and their families. We rely on donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community advocates to help our Gaston County neighbors when they need it the most. A volunteer is someone who chooses to act in recognition of a need, with an attitude of social responsibility, and without concern for monetary profit. Volunteers are recruited by Cancer Services of Gaston County with the intent of expanding the volunteer's experience within the community and to enhance the work of the agency.

The Annual Gaston County Amateur Golf Tournament attracts a wide variety of golfers all focused on the task of raising awareness and money to support people living with cancer. Every dollar donated to Cancer Services stays in Gaston County. Thanks to the generous contributions of more than 250 local businesses and individuals, the 2019 Gaston County Amateur Golf Tournament, presented by The Hendricks-Cox Foundation, raised more than $78,000.
