Unwilling to stand behind their warranties. Parts missing from a new machine (from the factory) should have been caught at dealership before selling to a customer. And, if not; should have at least been honored and supported as warrantee item and not stick customer with additional out of pocket expenses. Will follow up with a dealer who stands behind the products that they sell. I got it fixed at the Kubota dealership in Chiefland- no questions asked or funds dug from my pockets. They will get my business from now on.

The mechanic David helped me with a problem after my service, he even followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I wasn't expecting that but it was much appreciated.

Bought a new L2501 w/loader what a great tractor. Perfect size very powerful, uses about a gallon an hour, do anything around the property, finish mow, bush hog, harrow, dirt work to light land clearing. I looked at all the brands in this size group none measured up and Allen gave me the best deal anywhere around. Go get one you'll love it.

Sales manager, Alan, was helpful insuring I didn’t get too much or too little. Also gave personal advice on cost affective ways to take care of equipment.
Mark gave me a great breakdown of best practices on how to operate the equipment. Also how to check and change all filters and oil.
So long as everything holds up. This will be my new law care store.

First of all my buying experience was wonderful, straightforward, and hassle free. Alan is a no-nonsense and knowledgeable salesman who was very easy to work with. Recently I brought the tractor in because I noticed a small hydraulic leak on the quick connects of the front end loader. The dealer offered to not just replace the one leaking but all 4. When it was finished I asked them how much it would be to have it dropped back at my house and David the service manage said no charge because they were only able to access 3 out of the 4 connectors from the suppliers. None of this was their fault,

I dropped off my chainsaw because it was stalling out. I paid $106 for a tune-up, but when I went to use it two months later, it still had the exact same problem. I took the chainsaw back, and was told it needed another $200 for a carb. Really...the carb goes bad after not being used for 2 months?! According to Gatorland Kubota, this is what happens when you don't use a chainsaw for a few months...it couldn't possible be because they never fixed it in the first place. And the service manager is very rude...constantly interrupting me when I am trying to ask a question to understand what is wrong

I'm not sure if you guys just don't know how to read but there's a sign out there that says you can't park your truck's in the middle of the road. It's really annoying to try to drive home and have to wait for traffic in the other lane to be gone in order to go around trucks that aren't supposed to be in the road in the first place. Or trying to ride my bike and the ENTIRE bike lane is taken up by them. The sign was made specifically for you guys I don't understand why you feel like you don't have to follow the law. If you continue to do this I will call a tow truck and have your truck's remove

Purchased my new 25hp tractor with front bucket & 5ft bush hog and I love this little tractor. Alan Cain was awesome to work with and I am so glad I did not buy a John Deere. Can't wait to get home and use my Kubota every day, this is without a doubt the best investment I have ever made. Mows my pasture with ease, thanks again Alan you guys are great.
