I was late for my appointment and was told I needed to rebook. I understood, it was my fault for being late. One of the other technicians said she could get me if I could wait. When Kimberly showed up she told me that she couldn’t take me that day and that I wasn’t allowed to get my device from another technician. Considering last time I was there and the service (lash lift) took 2.5 hours (supposed to be 1 hour) and was a bad job even with taking so long. With bad service and bad products I probably won’t give them another chance.

I want to thank Lumi Lash for making me feel super confident with my lips! I love the result and I also want to shout out my injector for being so patient with me. I was a big dummy and wrote the wrong appointment time in my calendar. She was super understanding about the whole thing! Her kindness/customer service AND skill are unmatched!

I started coming to Kimberly about a year ago for lashes, and it was the best decision I have ever made! I will never go to anyone else for my beauty services! Her shop is beautifully presented and very clean, it makes you feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as you enter. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about her industry, and is able to answer questions and explain the process flawlessly to insure you you're in good hands. I recently went to her to get my first set of lip injections ever, and I was blown away! I am so glad I decided to go to her, I absolutely love my lips! They came out

Kim is amazing. I just had microblading done earlier this week with her. Online scheduling is so easy and effortless, and at my actual appt I was kind of terrified it would really be painful. It wasn't AT ALL. She properly numbed it before she began and reapplied a few times as needed if I ever started to feel even a twinge of pain. It also felt remarkably quick compared to what I thought it would be. Bonus points for the comfy set up and thing she puts under your knees when you lay down.

My wife Jennifer, went there to have a lash lift, we were a bit nervous it was her first time having anything like that done but Kimmy, the owner did a beautiful job. I didn't know my wife's lashes were so long after having them lifted, she looked so bright eyed and refreshed. I know she will be going there again and is looking forward to getting the microblading to enhance her eyebrows. We've seen pictures of Kimmys work and are confident that she will do as beautiful a job as she did with the lash lift..😊😉

I was new to area a couple of months ago and needed to find a lash lady. I called several places and either they didn't return my call or they returned my call 3-4 days later and told me they would need to remove my current lashes and start fresh with a new set. Feeling frustrated, I made one last attempt by calling Lumi Lash. Kim (owner) called me back within 10 mins. She was very friendly and professional and able to fit me in her schedule that week. She also told me that if my current lashes were in good shape, she was certainly willing to build on them. I was thrilled.
