Our Florida soil, which tends to be sandy in many parts of the state, typically doesn't contain enough nutrients to produce vigorous, healthy grass.

We signed this company up for service, so we cancelled our other service. Then they never showed up! My wife called and they said they would be by twice and nothing. I called and left several messages with no answer, straight to voicemail and no call back. This is unbelievable considering they do most of the homes around me. I'll work on changing my service along with all of my neighbors!

I have had services with LWR property maintenance for a little over a year. They do a phenomenal job. They pay attention great detail, they spray the weeds, and anytime I need them to do an additional project they are always available. Highly recommended and very satisfied customer I always recommend them to friends and family.

The best way to describe Matthew and his company is Dependable quality work for a fair price. He came highly recommended from a neighbor of mine. We like pretty much everyone else would got several quotes. His quote was not the cheapest but it also wasn't the highest. He informed us before we reviewed the quote that he may not be the cheapest but justified the reasons why (Hes licensed and insured which a lot of companies are not). We felt his quote was fair and thorough and he made us feel comfortable with his services and what we should expect. We went ahead and hired Matthew and we are so glad
