When the owner of Sharkey's Beach Club, Kenny Nandwani, decided to open a restaurant in Myrtle Beach, he wanted to offer something special. Kenny wanted a friendly, laid-back place where people could come to enjoy a great cocktail and fresh seafood, all while being treated to breathtaking views of the Grand Strand.
When Kenny first laid eyes on the current property, overlooking the new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, he knew he had found the ideal location. After acquiring the property, Sharkey's was soon opened. Locals and tourists alike flocked to Sharkey's for it's great food, cocktails and fun atmosphere. The restaurant and bar are now a local favorite.

Jamie was great! He sat us in a very timely manner. It was off season when I visited. So it's normally cold so they don't expect many people coming in. This Christmas is happend to be super warm. I watched Jamie serve four tables at once with at least 3+ people per table. Also a pet friendly place I love it!

Love this place ! You can’t go wrong with such a clutch location being right on the beach with killer views and even better drinks! Jamie the bar manager / head bartender is the best and makes the best drinks on the strip! Everyone’s always friendly and very rarely is there a wait to get in. Parking is convenient which can be difficult to find in downtown Myrtle. Just go check them Out!

The view of the ocean is worth a million dollars! Located on the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach, Sharkey's is a cool place to duck in, grab a cold beer and an app. It was rather warm, so we drank a few beers and had the peel and eat shrimp, which was really good. Brightly colored decor, what you would expect on the beach. We had a good time, and will stop back by when we go back to Myrtle Beach.

Absolute joke of an establishment. $15 to park for the restaurant and they doubled charged my card. -30 into the doors I go. Spent $20 on two of the worst made drinks that could be possibly be served. I was then given my menu with 6-8 options for entrees that were priced between $30-40. Waited over an hour for our food to arrive, and this is when the fun began. The food could have been compared to a prison meal at the local South Carolina Facility. Spoiled ketchup, moldy smothered chicken, soggy fries, and the list goes on. Had a fun night planned with the friends and family, but everyone decided

Service was great. The bar in the back overlooking the beach was perfect. Food/drinks were very mixed. I ordered the seafood platter, one tropical margarita, and one long island. The crab cake was great. The flounder must of been frozen. The outside was fried crispy; the inside tasted like liquid fish. The oysters were the same. The margarita was watered down. I thought the long island would have more kick, but it too was very watered down. The worst part was paying $24 for the seafood platter, $9 for the margarita, and $10 for the long island.

It was barely 5. There were open tables. The waitress didn't come for 5 minutes saying she was so busy. Food wasnt bad. I had fish and chips. Waitress disappeared until it was time for the check then she was shmoozing hard for that tip. Would I eat here again? Probably. Would it be my 1st choice? No.

Service was okay and it was nice to give a $5 discount for paying for parking. Watered down drinks food was subpar, lobster roll was not good it was fishy lobster on a hot dog bun, not worth the price. It was extremely expensive and on top of that charge you extra for using a credit card. Would not recommend.

Oh shoot. I shoulda re-thought this after reading reviews. Didn't know how to get in from the street. All locked and had to go in back to get in. Was kind of a sign from The beginning of its that's hard to get in maybe don't go

Mahi mahi sandwich $16 and I have never seen 2 of the smallest pieces put on a bun in my lifetime. Then that very bun collapsed in the voyage to my mouth. The crab legs, shoulda known better but let our son do it. I think the sand crabs on the beach

Went on April 8 2021 horribly understaffed, dirty, and unruly college kids picking on older people at the bar watched three parties walk out due to the young guys at the bar trying to fight a Vietnam marine vet. Absolutely disgraceful. Menu was blah and they were out of crab legs this place is just plain trashy!

Very nice view of the beach and of the Boardwalk. They had plastic up on the sides which minimized the wind which on one hand could be good but we really needed the breeze to cool it off a bit. The drinks were good and mixed just about right, not too strong or too weak. We weren't really that hungry so we ordered nachos to share and they were really good.

Sharkey's was delicious, and the atmosphere was great with seating outdoors. It was 90 degrees outside, but we actually didn't feel hot at all. The fried green tomatoes and coconut shrimp are amazing! We had a party of eleven, and we were seated and served quickly. Our server, Anna, was kind and prompt. We highly recommend it!

We decided to come here because we thought the beach front would be nice. It was pretty empty, self seating, and pretty quiet. The view was kinda nice and the breeze was great!
There were only a couple people on staff and service was terribly slow, but they were really nice. It took about 10-15 mins for our waitress to come and then 20 mins for our food. Food was very basic and definitely, not enough. The crab cake sandwich was disappointing because it was very small and a bit dry. The fries with the entree were good though! The Fire Cracker shrimp appetizer was a bit overpriced for an appetizer
