I have bought a number of saws, grass whip and leaf blowers over the past 15-17 years. Good service, very knowledgeable, helpful. Would recommend for sure, for sure. Prices are about the same as other similar stores. Service and store layout, combined with fairly quick special order service as well. Would recommend for all Stihl products

Their parts people are about as useful as NAPA's. Unless you bring in exact model numbers, they'll turn you away, even if you have the part you need replaced in your hand. Being able to think for yourself is a trait long-lost in the parts counter person.

I'm sorry if I offended you, but if ASE could find a replacement gas cap with the exact same information I brought to PEC 20 minutes earlier, I'm not sure where the disconnect is.

After talking to someone on the phone at the counter about fixing a flat tire, I headed into town to get it done. I told the tech that I was just looking for a temporary fix as the tire had a hole in the sidewall. He had suggested that he could put a tube in to get me by which sounded like a good plan. After I arrived, an older gentleman informed me that because I had a nail hole in the sidewall it was too dangerous and shouldn't be fixed.........I was dumbfounded, what is dangerous about putting a tube in a mower tire, its not like I'm driving down the highway!! I couldn't believe this guys logic

If zero stars was available the store manager would get -10. What a rude , And unprofessional person. Product bought was expensive and brought in for service a few times, store refuses to refund the money for it. Warranty expires in October 2021. One thing gets fixed ( as per say) another thing stops working . How many times can a person take a product in to get fixed????

If you want to stand at a counter and wait 20 minutes before anyone acknowledges your existence, this is the place for you. No one in this outfit seems particularly interested in providing any level of service. I'd poke myself in the eye before I stepped foot in there again, only I did eventually get someones attention, and now will need to go pick up my equipment. My advice though? Take your business somewhere where they behave as if they want it.

From the beginning, the clerk gave me the impression that he classified me as a simple curious and a silly buyer and he would waste his time without a sale. I am an old hunter who has spent 30 years in the woods chopping wood, I know what to Buy ... Never underestimate a client as ignorant as it may seem to you, He can surely know a thousand times more than what you sell ... By the way I bought a New Chainsaw STIHL MS 180 plus special Gas and Case.
