My name is Karolina Kalemba and I am the owner of Redmond Home Staging & Decorating. I offer my services to homeowners, real estate agents and investors in Redmond, WA and surrounding Eastside towns. As an accredited ASP Home Stager(R) and a Certified Color Consultant, I have the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare your home for the real estate market, and to make it look attractive for potential buyers.
Additionally, I have completed the 60-hour Washington Real Estate Fundamentals course which gives me an even better understanding of the local real estate market and property selling process. Detailed consultation, which usually takes 2 hours, includes a room by room walk through of the property, discussing its strong suits and issues, and a great deal of home staging tips and recommendations.To coordinate scheduling a bid, staging services and furniture delivery smoothly and on time, I recommend to contact me as early as possible - ideally at least 2-3 weeks before putting a house on the market.

We were getting new hardwood floors installed in our home and Karolina was exceptionally helpful and so great to work with! She is very talented, truly cares about her clients and is great at explaining all of the pros and cons of different design choices. Karolina patiently listed to our needs and was quickly able to ascertain our style. Thereafter she articulated solutions that didn't break the bank. We had a 2 hour session that covered the whole house addressing questions on furniture selection, paint selection and the general flow of the living spaces. Definitely recommended.

We are so glad we had Karolina (owner of Redmond Home Staging) stage our home! It was so easy for us and made a big difference. She came over one afternoon in June with all her decorating items, and worked diligently and carefully until the place was transformed. We didn't have to purchase or do anything. She considered things I hadn't even thought of - like how the color scheme would look in photos, traffic movement during showings, and highlighting the home's greatest assets. I used Redmond Staging for a client getting ready to put her house on the market. Karolina spent 2.5 hours with the client, took pictures of all the rooms, & wrote an amazingly detailed report which she sent to both of us. Her suggestions were practical, she stayed within the clients budget, she offered concrete suggestions and yet was respectful of the client's home and wishes. I will use Karolina again.

Karolina staged our house for a sale in June 2016. She was very professional and proactive about the job. A day after being hired she came over to see the whole house and take pictures. She sent a detailed report with staging recommendations on the next day. It included information on how to prepare and declutter the whole house room by room. After we were done cleaning up, she showed up with her equipment and staging props to prepare the house for official listing photographs and open house. Both our agent and the photographer were really impressed with how the house was transformed.
