The structural steel department consists of three main areas: a large warehouse, main fabrication area, and a cleaning/painting area. All of these are incorporated in our 65,000 square foot building. The shop is capable of fabricating beams and columns of all sizes. It does everything from beams for residential homes to large trusses for school gymnasiums and auditoriums.
Standard Iron Works is one of the most experienced Miscellaneous Iron fabricators in the Northeast region. We have fabricated numerous types of stairs, railings, catwalks, grates, fences, and many other Miscellaneous Items, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum railings and stairs with a highly skilled work force.
We provide beams and columns for residential homes and small businesses. Our team can furnish, deliver and set your beam on the foundation. Our engineers can resize your beams and columns to give you more open space in your basement. We will service Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. Other materials we have in stock: Roof Deck, Floor Deck, Steel Joist, Re-bar, Angles, Plates, Wide Flange Beams, Stainless Steel, Tubing, Stairs, and Railings.
Standard Iron Works' engineering department utilizes SteelCAD software, which is a sophisticated detailing package, to insure accurate details on every project.
