My family is my why. With each passing year, I'm reminded of how quickly the time goes by and how much I want to remember all the lovely moments of connection and laughter and love. It's why I love my job so much. I love photographing weddings & families. I love the emotions, the energy, the love expressed by all involved; it's inspiring.
It inspires me to work hard to capture every bit of story that I can possibly capture. My greatest hope is that the images I capture for my clients are transportive, providing a point of access for a flood of the senses, of memory & nostalgia: an image, a moment, a story, a key. I've been photographing weddings and families for over 14 years, and I have captured over 200 weddings and 300 families!

From the moment we start to discuss your your portrait session or wedding plans, I begin the process of getting to know you. I approach each session & wedding with a blend of photographic styles to match the needs of each client. The styles I draw from include photojournalism, editorial photography, candids, portraiture and fine art, capturing the beauty and emotion of your family or wedding with beautiful storytelling images.

We loved working with Lori and our wedding photos are simply gorgeous. Lori was professional and engaged from day one (she even sent us a gift basket when we booked her!). She had us send her a "photo list" before the wedding to make sure she did not miss anything we wanted, which we appreciated.
Not only did she nail the posed shots, but she and the second shooter managed to capture the small, intimate moments throughout the day in such a beautiful way, it made me cry - it's these photos that mean the most, I felt like she really captured the essence of the day.

Lori did such an amazing job as our wedding photographer at our wedding this May at Trentadue Winery and we can't recommend her enough. We appreciated her professionalism from the very start in the quoting process and educating us on her services. It got even better from there after we signed her on with her timely communication and the survey she sends out to get to know the couple. My fiancé and I were in town for a wedding so we decided to take advantage of the gorgeous scenery and take some engagement photos. I found Lori on Yelp and then looked through her website before I decided to shoot her an email. She was incredibly responsive and sensitive to what I wanted. Lori Paladino shot our wedding at Beaulieu Garden last summer. Her images are beautiful and authentic, and she somehow managed to capture everything from bride & groom, to guests, to all the details, and more. Moreover, she is a true master of LIGHT. I don't have enough good words to describe Lori. She is literally one of the most talented individuals I have ever met. She kept us so calm for our entire wedding weekend. Her work is absolutely incredible. The day after our wedding we got a few teaser pictures and WOW, they were insane. She has an eye for detail that I've never seen from another individual, and she executed flawlessly from start to finish. My husband is not one for lots of pictures and she made him feel so great about every shot. I am a very type A personality, but I didn't worry for a second with Lori.

Lori Paladino is amazing! One of the only things I cared much about during wedding planning was having a great photographer. Lori is actually the first photographer that we met with, and after meeting with her and seeing her work I cancelled all future meetings. Her photos are amazing! We did both our engagement photos and our wedding day photos with her and could not be happier with how everything turned out. I can't put into words how beautiful Lori Paladino Photography made me feel and look in my boudoir photo shoot session. First off-- Lori has a heart and soul of gold. When we started planning our 7/25/2014 wedding, choosing the right photographer was at the very top of my priority list. I had the pleasure of working with Lori on a corporate project. This was a fast paced environment with a large number of people engaged in multiple activities. It was amazing to see how effortlessly Lori found the best angles and got the most from her lighting. The resulting photos were truly beautiful.

Lori is very professional and will go out of her way to make your dream photos. I hired her to take photos of my proposal. I was on deployment and Lori was emailing back and forth with me trying to make sense of my plan. I told her i wanted to make it like a fairly tale. Lori has a magical way with children (and adults)! We have been lucky enough to have had Lori photograph our family periodically since our children were born. She has been able to draw out our somewhat shy children's personalities and the photos seem to capture their frenzied, spontaneity as well as quieter, private moments. My fiancé planned a surprise engagement photo shoot for us that happened just a few hours after he proposed. The original photographer he was planning to use fell through a couple days prior but lucky for us, he found Lori! She was incredibly accommodating especially considering we got engaged on Father's day. Plus, she posted a few images a couple hours after the photo shoot to help us announce our engagement!

I fell in love with Lori's photos after seeing the photos of a friends wedding come back that she had shot. Her photos are so crisp and really seem to capture the people in them in an authentic, but beautiful way. I immediately called her and worked with her on a package that would met my individual needs. A photographer is a must on a wedding day and certainly is she to do the work. She was worth every penny. She not only is the nicest person to work with but she has the eye for grabbing the right moments. None of her pictures are cheesy, but they are timeless and classic.
