Nick and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with! I approached Nick last year about redeveloping a fairly large website I had started - but unfortunately I realized I had reached the limits of my expertise and wanted to call in a professional to make it better.
So Nick laid out different options in looking at my budget. He was always straightforward and transparent about trying to stay in my budget which I appreciated and gave wise pointers that I hadn't considered along the way (pros/cons of different web platforms and plugins, SEO suggestions, automation ideas (to save me work), etc.

I was anxious about who to trust with my website, and I decided to choose Nick in my own town of Charlottesville rather than go with someone I just met online. I had a complicated issue which required many small questions over time and where both Nick and I had to interact over days. I appreciate that Nick kept this focused so that we could finish the project in minimal time. We did this with brief text, email, and for one issue by phone. Nick & Christina were a delight. Nick Stone is basically my hero. When people reported that they could not access our site and were receiving phishing notifications from their antivirus services, I knew we had a problem.
