As a property manager I am always looking for phenomenal vendors. And also a strong relationship. I run an Extra Space Storage. I've used Super Serv many times and have never been disappointed. We live near Atlantic Ave in Boston where floods were pretty common this past winter and ended up hiring super serv after seeing their work on our building lobby , the crew seemed very professional so i asked for a business card on the spot and had them come to do my rugs the following week and couldn't have expected a better job, John and Fernando were so personable and knowledgeable of their work which made me confortable leaving the house to do an errand while they were up there working, thumbs up for these guys and their professionalism.

I recently moved to Boston and when my furniture was unpacked it was filthy. I called Super Serv. They met my schedule availability and were at my home in a few days. George and Bruno showed up on time. Were extremely thoughtful of my home and transformed my furniture to a state of newness. No mess and very personable. I went out for lunch while they were in my home and I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home while I was out. They finished up quickly and took the time to tell me how best to dry things out to be picture perfect the next day. George also took the time to tell me a few places

For the wall mount of my TV, during our first conversation - they patiently attended to my requirement, discussed with me - the way the TV must be mounted and all the finer details, rather than just convincing me, on how adept they are (which every one does)!
They respect the time - George called me as they got stuck in traffic well before the scheduled time and was 5 minutes before proposed time.
