The Auction itself has reached a quality level and standard, that rivals national and international auctions with much longer heritage. NYIWA set out as a charity event, and has succeeded to increase the funds for a good cause every year since its inception.

The New York International Wine Auction is a premier wine and culinary event that serves as a major charitable wine auction for Arc Herkimer, located in Herkimer, NY. NYIWA attracts wine enthusiasts and from all over the United States. The auction features wines from every major growing region of the world--bidders at NYIWA are consistently given the opportunity to obtain the best names in wine.
Enjoy our international wine tasting with fine hors d'oeuvres and a silent auction, a five-course gourmet dinner paired with select wines and a live auction, as well as entertainment and an after party. Enjoy sampling wines at our international wine tasting accompanied by fine hors d'oeuvres and music by pianist Daniel Evans.
I have been a supporter and attendee of NYIWA since its inception. This is a "must attend" wine event in Central New York and beyond. The auction lots are better each year, being on par with the biggest and best charity auctions in this country.
