This place is a trap! It may look beautiful, relaxing and serene, but that's how they trick you into buying. Once you do, you're treated as if they bought you.The pool is treated like a library! Laughter and splashing? What's that here? I promise you, you could hear a pin drop. Talk on your phone or break a ridiculous pool rule, and you will have an army of faithful board followers to taunt you. This board is mafia! They violate your privacy and make you feel in fear to live in your home. Children are traumatized for being kids. I know at least 4 families who children who are scared to be at the

The condo's are magnificent! But, if you're planning on keeping your boat here, go to one of the other marina's like Harbor House or BLT that are comparably priced with excellent facilities and WIFI.
The facilities here are terrible, the docks old and dirty, cleats placed in poor positions, and you won't end up having to deal with a neurotic power crazed board of directors that controls the marina like the mafia! Do your homework if you are considering keeping your boat here....and you'll certainly go elsewhere !
