Nicole graduated from Penn State University with Bachelor of Science degree and then went on to complete her Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Prior to coming to NOVA Chiropractic, Nicole worked for a national nonprofit that and helped develop youth health and safety campaigns and programs.
As a new patient in your our office our main goal is to figure out what is causing your pain or discomfort, and provide the best treatment plan based on your diagnosis to get you out of pain as fast as possible, and educate you on what going on with your body all while providing exceptional customer service.
First, you'll meet with Dr. Sullivan to discuss your health situation. If we think we can help, we'll conduct a thorough examination to identify the likely cause(s) of your problem. We'll tell you what we found, what we can do to help, how long it may take, and how much it will cost. If we feel that we cannot help you we will refer you to someone who can best treat you.
NOVA Chiropractic makes it a priority to be able to offer patients cost effective options for treatments and therapies. NOVA Chiropractic is in-network with all Aetna, Care First, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Anthem insurances. Typically patients will pay a co-pay or coinsurance for all treatments except for Laser Therapy and in most cases Acupuncture.
