I have bought wood before from them, and usually no problem. Asked if they had any wood, no... if they knew of anywhere else... no. Very sharp with her retorts. I drove from wekiva and she made me feel as if I interupted something.
It would be nice if she could have pointed me in the right direction. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because I've had positive experiences in the past.

We decided to have some overhanging limbs removed before hurricane season. We had several estimates but went with A Budget Tree Service because of the "tree education" we received from salesman, Mike Varn. As we walked the property, he lasered and photographed what we wanted done and sent those with the estimate. The four man crew arrived promptly and set up right away. They had to stop trimming a couple of times because of rain, but were able to complete everything in the one day. The men were polite, efficient, and took great care in cleaning up debris as they went. The crew leader walked around

In the evening during a storm, a tree fell on our house. Our neighbor gave me A Budget Tree Service’s number. It was after hours and it was an emergency, as the tree came through our ceiling. The phone was answered and professional assistance was given from the start. Within 5 minutes I was contacted by the owner, Dale, and from that moment, we felt relief because he immediately explained what he was able to do and within 45 minutes, a crew was at our home removing this tree from our roof. They worked for hours, late into the night, just so we could have peace of mind staying in our home. The

09232019: 4.75. The best thing you could hope to experience, no surprises. Two large pine trees and an oak The arborist for the first estimate appointment showed up on time, scheduling contacted me in a reasonable time, & the tree removal crew showed up on time. Start to finish was about a month. I did read some reviews regarding broken concrete. I anticipated that and made sure to communicate the concern. They brought extra sheets of plywood to spread out the truck's load which had to be driven into the grass area. No broken concrete. I marked all sprinkler heads from the start of the driveway
