I called myself trying to support a local business but NEVER AGAIN at least not this one. I have been working with Heather, the manager, and she has not been the best with keeping her word. I am working on shirts for a military event and she assured me that I would be able to have the same size flag on the sleeve.

Contacted them via their website with a question about their services and asked for an estimate.
Someone (Heather, I believe) followed up to that message and I clarified the scope of what I wanted done. Links to similar work and color/size specifications included. No reply.
I sent a second message to make sure my last one had gone through as I was gathering quotes from a few places in the area. No reply. I had no problem getting quotes from all the other places I reached out to. But, if any of those places were unable to do it, a polite 'I'm sorry, we can't accommodate that...' would have been
