Since Florida Physical Medicine was founded by Dr. Matthew Cusumano in 2004, we've become Pinellas County's choice for treatment in the event of a auto accident-related injury. Our board certified specialists have a broad medical expertise and specialize in diagnosing and treating injuries of auto accident victims.

Personal Injury Protection Insurance, or PIP insurance, is required under Florida law. Every vehicle and every vehicle owner must have a minimum of $10,000 coverage on their policy.
