I went to see Dr. Baughman and his staff after gaining nearly 45 pounds after a car accident. My case was complicated and they stuck with me the whole time. They don’t give up and they are kind.
I highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling or may have health related weight gain issues and be on the verge of giving up.

The staff is extremely friendly and open to helping in any way ! I’ve lost over 20 lbs. in a few months . They guide you in what foods and how much too eat. It’s great that they also give the option for over the phone visits at this time as well, because I live an hour away . Thank you Medical Weight Loss Center of Harrisburg!!!

On my first visit to the center, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They listened to me and we made a plan of action in how to proceed. I started going to this office in February of this year. I started out at 183lbs and I just got weighed at my last appointment I am now 163lbs. I am officially down 20lbs. I had not been able to lose weight since I had my son in 2013!!! The staff is always so kind and make me feel comfortable. Chelsea is very personable and really listens to my concerns if/when I have them. I can't thank you all enough!!

I have been going here since Feb and my results have been wonderful. Not extreme but life changing. I wasnt wanting a quick fix, I wanted to change my lifestyle. With the help of Chelsea I have been able to do that. I check in once a month and go over my meal choices and exercises and moods and just life. She is a great listener and never rushes me. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and never judges. I look forward to going and getting cheered on! I have currently lost 22 lbs, 3 inches in my waist and am down from a size14 to a size 10 pants. And more than anything i feel amazing and like

Coming here has been one of the best decisions I've made in a while. Dr. Baughman listened to my concerns and addressed them. We formulated a plan that will work well for me and my lifestyle and will be something that I can continue working on well after I've reached my weight loss goals.
The office is clean, well lit and well furnished. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would most definitely recommend anyone to come here!
