Pioneer Waterproofing, Inc., established in 1964, provides building repair and maintenance services to owners of commercial and historic buildings throughout the Pacific Northwest. Today our crew of highly trained people provide a broad range of services which offer cost effective, long term solutions to the problems faced by building owners and managers.
The customer service philosophy my dad, Tom Crawford, started in 1964 is still with us today. His advice was to always hire the best people and keep up with the latest technology so we can offer customers the best possible solutions for their building needs. The son of Pioneer Waterproofing founder Tom Crawford, Mike grew up in the business and in the past 40 years has gained experience in all levels of the company.
Pioneer Waterproofing offers a range of waterproofing systems to provide protection to a new building structure. We install a variety of below and above grade waterproofing systems including elastomeric deck coatings to pedestrian and vehicular traffic areas. A building envelope would not be complete without joint sealants and Pioneer Waterproofing has installed sealant to thousands of new construction projects.
Buildings, stadiums, bridges and dams have all been repaired by Pioneer's team of concrete repair specialists. Our services include patching of deteriorated concrete, epoxy injection of cracked concrete, and seismic strengthening using carbon fiber technology. We then apply a wide range of protective coatings and sealants to prevent future deterioration.
Pioneer offers a full menu of Masonry Restoration services including tuckpointing, cleaning, brick replacement, paint removal and veneer pinning. Pioneer has worked on numerous significant historic properties such as Timberline Lodge, Crater Lake Lodge and the Vista House at Crown Point, in addition to hundreds of public agency and higher educational buildings.
