Repaired my Invicta pro diver band and did it well. Only reason not 5 stars is due to not getting back a link to the watch band and when I realized it the next day and contacted them the link couldn't be found.

Processed a special order in 2020 (of all rough times) very easily and efficiently. I have worked with them since then several times to do watch repairs and such. Always extremely helpful and are quick to take care of your issues.

I waited last minute to try and get an engraving done for a coworker of mine. I tried a few other places and ended up walking into this store. The lady behind the counter was super helpful and we picked out the plate, words and font. I knew it was a long shot, but I asked if there was a chance it could be rushed. Even though the shop had a fair sized back-log she said she'd try to squeeze my order in. The order was completed within 2 hours.
Thanks to her efforts I was able to affix the name and dates of service for one of the best medical guys I've ever had. He had taken care of us since 2018

Came into the store for a gift and they not only have beautiful options, but are very affordable. Beth helped me each step of the way and was able to get an engraving done 2 hours after I ordered! Very impressed and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Real nice to have a place like this around. I’ve had work done on watches 3-4 times now and each time the staff was friendly, helpful and got the job done more quickly and cheaper than I thought they would.
They also have a ton of watches, watch bands, clocks and other things available to buy. Some real creative wall clocks in there if that’s your thing.

Bought an Invicta watch and a couple of days later had an issue which in an imperfect world will happen from time to time. The staff however never balked once and was extremely helpful in getting me into the right time piece. Thank you Ladies!

I went to Time Square to get some custom engraving done for a wedding - the bride and groom's wedding gifts. Their staff was efficient, proficient, and friendly. I was running short on time to get the engraving done, but they got it done very quickly! They really came through for me in a pinch - now I have some beautifully engraved gifts to commemorate my dear college friends and their special day :)
If I ever need anything engraved in the future, I'll be sure to return here!
