I'm Dr. Tricia Paulson - board-certified Naturopathic Doctor currently licensed in Minnesota while awaiting Wisconsin to become a licensed state. I graduated from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine which is one of the six accredited naturopathic medical schools in North America located in Toronto, Canada, my former home city.

UPDATE: Same problem again this month. I even called True Health yesterday and told them I had the same issue as the last. Again, they told me it was taken care of. I am down to one pill for my high blood pressure and this is making it worse. I went into pick up the prescription and same problem. NOW I have spent a total of 2 hours on calls and going back and forth to get a prescription. On call now and I have zero confidence this is going to be taken care of.

This past December before the open enrollment due date I called to inquire if my coverage would automatically renew for 2022 or if I needed to go to the be well NM website and re-enroll. I was told by the person who took my call that the plan would automatically renew and no action on my part was necessary. Now today Jan 11th attempting to pay my Jan 2022 premium I have found out that my coverage did not review automatically. I have applied for 2022 coverage on the be well NM website but this leaves me uninsured till Feb 1st. This misinformation given to my by your associate could leave me with

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
The issues are extensive. We have been on the phone 5 times the past 2 weeks attempting to resolve the problem. We are told a supervisor or enrollment will call back, they never do. Currently my wife cannot get her prescriptions filled. True Health, how can we resolve this problem?

I have had this insurance for about 3 years now. I absolutely love this company. They offer $0 behavioral health visits and have a pretty big list of $0 generic meds. A couple of times I've gotten frustrated about PA's but it actually ended up being my doctor's issue. They were not sending the PA's to the right place. It's been a good experience

I get a packet of paper mailed to me by this company on what seems like a weekly basis. True Health New Mexico, you need to change your policy regarding these 'Important Plan Information' mailings. Not only is it obnoxious, it's incredibly wasteful. Also, how much are these mailings costing customers? It's 2021. Come up with a paperless alternative.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value
THNM was good for the first two years having them, but when I requested specific documents to be sent to me via email regarding a medical bill, the agent said " We will sent it in 48-72 hours to you." I had received no email and stuck with a HUGE genetic test medical bill. I wouldn't recommend them, they were good at one point.

As a behavioral health provider, obtaining a prior authorization for a patient in need is beyond painstaking. You get transferred all over the place until the front-line operators are extremely rude to you unless you raise a stink! Then, they patronize you for becoming frustrated as a result of their rudeness and transferring. Don’t even try being nice to them because you will get no where. Upper management does speak to you as if you are a child: very condescending, patronizing, and they do seem to read from a continuous script like other members have suggested in other reviews, which yes, is
