My business grew organically, my friends were always asking me for decorating ideas and my real estate clients always needed advice before selling. I kept hearing that people were intimidated by interior designers, they did not find approachable and they were too expensive. So I started helping my friends and real estate clients and that evolved into this business that I very much enjoy!

My name is Valerie Harnois, I am the Mom of two teenagers, a Business Major from Boston College and for years I worked as a Sales rep in the Wholesale Home Decor Industry in Dallas, Texas where I fell in love with Home Decorating. Currently, other than "Home Decorating" I work as a Real Estate agent in Kentlands, Gaithersburg.
A la Carte- $50 per hour for decorating services assisting you with paint, flooring, furniture, rugs, draperies and accessories. Other choices include Pinterest boards shopping online and in person. Need a little help with finishing touches? This service includes assisting with selection of paint, lighting, rugs, draperies, furniture and accessories.
