A freak accident from a riding lawn mower left a shattered window on my Prius. Platinum Auto Glass qouted me 70 dollars less than the quote I got from Safelite Autoglass, plus I like supporting local family owned businesses so I'm glad I went with these guys. Called them in the morning and that afternoon my Prius was looking sexy again. Thanks!

I submitted an online quote request on Sunday evening, recieved a voicemail first thing Monday morning, called back on Tuesday and my windo was installed on Wednesday. Everyone from the receptionist to the installation specialist were friendly and professional. I was shocked that they came to my work and then, when they had to go all the way back to get a different size window, they offered to bring my truck to me at home!!!! They even vaccumed out the glass that was still in the truck! One of the tech's noticed a dent on the side door, and while waiting he pushed it out and you can't tell there

Very happy I called this company in Grapevine. They came out the same day I was burglarized by criminals who broke my back rear window in Hummer H3. Safelite said it would be a week before they could come out. Platinum gives you Platinum service and doesn't waste your precious time.

I LOVE the fact that they come to you and that they are very affordable and professional! My son has had 2 of his windows replaced in his car, and it was a blessing working with such AMAZING people - no hassles, or any schemes - just good honorable work at a great value..! I needed a passenger side window replaced due to storm damage. I was able to reach Fred directly on his cell to get pricing and schedule a time. He came to our house the same day and worked in the driveway. The aftermarket glass turned out to have some waviness that bothered me. Fred offered to let me keep the glass installed temporarily while he worked on finding a replacement piece. He just got done installing the replacement, and now the window looks perfect. Good communication throughout the process, and I appreciated him working with me to get the results I wanted.
