Many people confuse an accelerator kitchen with a commercial kitchen, or an incubator kitchen. While we have a commercial kitchen, it differs a little from the way many other commercial kitchens operate - primarily that we're not a kitchen you want to use if you're just getting started. Our specialty is helping existing start-ups, SMBs, and large businesses ramp up production of an existing product.
When you want your foods to last longer, retain more nutrients, and taste fresher - you want. High Pressure Processing is a way to extend a product's freshness and usability by up to 4 months by subjecting it to extreme isostatic pressures (87,000 psi) that renders bacteria and other pathogens inert.
We've gathered articles from reputable scientific outlets about high pressure processing so you can research HPP straight from the horse's mouth. This is a market research report on High Pressure Processing, including market share and growth rate by food categories such as meat products, drinks, seafood, fruits and vegetables.
Safety is our number 1 priority. Everybody needs to eat and consumers deserve to know the food they buy has been held to the highest standards of food safety. We put our facility through the ringer to ensure that we are always operating at our best. If you have your product stored somewhere else, we can pick it up for you and transport it to our warehouse for storage and logistics until it's ready to ship out to your customers.
We're a family company with over 30 years of experience in the food industry, helping companies large and small grow their business. We can help you bring new food product ideas to life through co-packing and co-manufacturing. We can help you scale up food production to meet greater demands through co-packing and co-manufacturing.

Must be shut-down. Have called repeatedly, left countless voicemails, tried emailing, and on the line for the "operator" whose mailbox is full. I don't believe this is a functioning business, or if it is, not one to be reliable. Would love to hear back from anyone at this company, but not sure what's going on with Maryland Packaging. Too bad...

Well I first made contact with the receptionist on May 2, 2018. I asked her how can I make an appointment with the managers to see if this was the right place for my product to be manufactured. I was told to leave Olivia an email. Ok great. I left a detailed email that day. Days go by. Which then turns into two weeks. So I called again. This time I asked to speak with Olivia personally. The receptionist transferred the call. Olivia’s voicemail. 🤦🏾♂️ So I left a detailed vm, asking her to return my call. Never happened. So finally, a week later, I called back. The receptionist answers

There was this lady called Amanda from HR Team, who scheduled an interview for me and then she just disappeared. She sent me a mail 10 min before the interview that she has been pulled in a conference and was not ready to reschedule the interview. Its a shear waste of time. If they don't want to interview they can just send a mail saying its been cancelled . I even tried to reach her by calling the company and I couldn't because she knew my name and was hesitating to talk. TIME WASTE!!

I've developed a relationship with Maryland Packaging for both our food business and clients over a few years now. Maryland Packaging has always been impressive with their passion, excitement and ability to scale products from 100L to 1000L quickly and economically. Their team has personally connected me with their supply chain contacts, engaged in several ideation meetings to improve product, packaging and overall costs and shown commitment which has been refreshing. Thanks MP!
