Very pleased with the service performed. Matt was available to answer any questions we had prior to the service date and did not pressure us to do anything we didn't want. Ultimately we chose the complete package since we haven't serviced our home before and felt it was necessary: all vents/ducts cleaned, dryer vent cleaned, furnace cleaned and an antibacterial treatment applied to the ducts, totaling $500.

I couldn't figure out why my dryer was not drying efficiently so I thought I'd give West Coast a call after I heard it could be my dryer vent. I decided to do the dryer vent and clean the airducts.
