I have known Scott for 15 years I have closed over 149 deals with scott over the last 15 years and have never really had a disagreement with him he is very personal very honest and he’s a great communicator. One must ask oneself how many times Do you deal with a realtor more than once and I have dealt with a Scott 149 times then he’s an amazing realtor and I recommend him to anybody if you want an honest ,clean transaction. Had an issue with property that we were looking to buy. We were led to believe by seller that it would work for us. After being assured we would get our earnest money back if an issue arose, we signed paperwork. The realtor made sure that we didn't get back all the earnest money. After doing what was asked to break the deal, he found other ways to get out of the deal. The realtor was more interested in selling beef to the restaurant we were at than working with us.

WORST REALTOR EVER!!!
After seeing a home within hours of it being listed, I called the listing agent, Noris Lindsey, and told him that I wanted to see the property right away. So I met him at the house that night.
I wanted to write an offer but Noris advised me to wait until the following day because the seller was not going to accept anything right away.
(FYI....My offer was a cash offer with no contingencies)
(Side note) Noris said he was considering buying the home for himself as an investment.
So, I went back to the property the following morning and again spoke with Noris and said I
