This is the fountain that I have known since I was very young, and finally I got a chance to look at it closely. The only surprise is that I never know I can be so close to it, probably just a couple of meter away. Luckily I had my rain jacket on, otherwise I probably would get wet in seconds :)

It was an amazing water fountain with a pomp to push water up to 140 m height, and the speed exiting the fountain around 200km/h. Located along side a lively beach with hundrads of wild birds such as ducks, swans and .... waiting for you.

Great place to visit. This was my their time visiting to the beautiful Geneva. I was on my way to Grimsel pass and took the opportunity to stop by to ride my Titanium roadbike along the bike path that borders the lake near the city. Very friendly and amazing beautiful people. My initial thought was that it is just another fountain. But when you get closer to that you get to feel it’s beauty, the water sparkles on a hot summer day and the lovely part is that you get to see the rainbow. Just wait for the sun to get away from clouds.

Crystal clear lake water and stunning views of the mountains. One could walk along the lakeside paved sidewalk. You cannot miss the fountain because it's like a major landmark that makes the city.. there are lot of watch showrooms across the street if you are interested.
