Unique dining experience around a community chef's table. We were a little intimated to go in at first because of the fact that there is only 1 large table but I am so glad we went in. Everything we had was delicious from the fresh squeezed satsuma mimosa to the lox and bagel with amazing hollendaise.

Renting a condo across the street I saw a non descript "Brunch" chalk board sign. I followed the sign to an intimate "family style" setting, where everyone sits at one large glass top table. The food was prepared perfectly and the service was amazing. In a rush to get ready for a wedding we ordered "To-go-sas" and had bottles of champagne and fruit to bring back to our condo. A hidden gem that is ran with passion.

Exceptional service and amazingly delicious food. Our server is always charming, and the food is always fresh and filling. The community table really opens the room up for lively conversation. Their seating and bar expansion is also almost complete. Their hours recently updated and are now open until 5 p.m. most of the week.

Took the day off from work to spend the day with my beautiful wife on her birthday. I intended to take her to Cafe Beignet, but saw a sign in the same complex for "brunch". You drove around to the back and found Island Epicurean Food. At first we didn't know whether to go in or not because we only saw one large 14 seat table. A nice server came out to greet us and convinced us to give it a try.

I checked this place out, and really enjoyed my food. I got the gumbo and steak sandwich with excellent ajus. I normally don't order this type of sandwich, but I'm glad I did.
The chef also explained to me how he cooks his Memphis style wings, which I will order next time. He said he smokes the wings and seasons them with a family recipe.
It smelled heavenly in there too!

IE recently catered a brunch for our Mardi Gras Krewe. Everything was fantastic. The suggestion for the food, the preparation and the presentation was incredible. I will use them again in the future for events and highly recommend them to others. They also provided dinners delivered to your door. I haven’t tried that as yet but many of friend in our community have used them and loved the meals.
