They made sure everyone was accounted for and showed up right on time. Not a question you should rent your bus from here if your wanting to get a party bus.

Although some reviews are claiming scam, I can assure they aren’t. We booked a Chrysler 300 limo for the Korn concert at COTA on Sunday, which was the same day as the event. They were early and got us to the show and back as planned! Don’t be fooled, they are legit.

This company is extremely unprofessional. They did not show up to pick up the bridal party for the church. No call ahead of time to advise they would be late. Would not answer our calls, only emailed once to say they were looking into it. It has been more than a week now and still no email or call has been made to attempt to resolve the situation. The services were paid for in full and they are refusing to give a refund.

I booked them in March 2021 for my wedding in Sep 2021. They were a NO show. They did not call, email, or text to let me know that something had happen. Once it was 45 min after the scheduled time. I called them and texted them multiple time. No answer. I finally e-mailed them and they had said they would send a driver 2 hours later than originally schedule. I confirmed that was fine. They did not show again and then told me that their driver had been in an accident. We request proof of the accident and they would never provide it. They stopped responding to my e-mails for a refund but would comment

I booked this company for my daughter's bachelorette party. Booking was somewhat easy, but poor communication as I kept trying to confirm we were all set and got no response. The bus was 30 minutes late and when we sat down there were crumbs all over the seats.
At one point during the night we asked the driver to pick us up but he replied he couldn't because he was getting something to eat and had just parked the bus. The next time we asked him to pick us up he replied he couldn't get the bus to start and was waiting for the mechanic.

Great service all around! I had to push back our original date as my friends from out of town were delayed and arrived a few days late. This prompt and professional staff accommodated all of my requests to credit our deposit towards the new date and gave us an experience that was unforgettable! If i could give these people no star I would. I book them 7 months in advance. I got there party bus for my wedding and they did not show up. I decided to call about 20 minutes after the time they were scheduled to be there. No one answered the phone despite many calls, texts, and voicemails. We ended up having to Uber everyone. I finally emailed them and they responded that they did not have another available driver until 3 hours later than originally schedule. I told them that's fine and to come to our location to pick us up. They did not respond and still have not responded to my email

Complete scam. Took our deposit but never showed the day of our booking. Had to scramble to find Ubers and ended up being late to our boat. Impossible to contact until days later. They finally refunded the deposit after pressing them claiming "the bus broke down." Another couple days later we got an email from "Shaun" now claiming the bus was totaled and the driver was in the hospital, unbeknownst to him. Sounds pretty shady, and judging by these reviews, lots of people have these same stories. DO NOT USE!

This company is a scam. They had us send a deposit via Venmo and then didn't show up. They returned one email the day of the no show saying they "saw our email" but then never called us to let us know if they were coming or not. They never showed up so we have to get 4 Ubers to take us 45 min away. Now it's been 3 days and they haven't sent our money back or responded to any outreach attempts. We will be reporting to BBB.

This company is absolute garbage. We had booked them to take a group of 18 girls to and from the house we were staying at and had given a deposit of $250 via venmo to reserve this. We were supposed to be picked up at 10:00 am , as we had a boat reserved for us at 11:00 am. No one ever showed up, no one called us back, they decided to email though letting us know that they "just saw our email" and proceeded to never give us a call to let us know that no one was coming. This company took underage high schools children's money then sent them a bus that was leaking really badly inside from the A/C. Dauggters dress got stains all on it from the water/freon that was leaking. They also sent a very young driver who DID NOT even have his CDL to drive this big bus full of children for prom. The bus did not even look like the bus in the photos on the website at all. Had big dents in it on the outside, bumper hanging down on one side. The whole experience was a nightmare. My friends and I rent this bus, for $3200. Very gross and unappealing bus. The speakers didn't work and things were broken. We rent the bus for 6 hours just to have it strand us in downtown Austin. The reason for this was because a couple people were intoxicated (not all), but he still kicked EVERYONE off and said he'll be back at 10 pm. I ended up seeing the driver again that night smoking a blunt outside. AND THEN he tries to stick my friends and I with the costs of the damages that were done before we even got there. I saw a bad review and was worried about using this company. I called anyway and I'm glad I did. Not sure what happened to the customer that left a bad review but my experience was 5 stars. From the moment I called and talked to the booking agent, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The party bus was on time and the nicest I've seen, it was like a giant limo, with lights and a sound system. The driver was funny and helpful. Members of my group drank too much and were a little rowdy but the driver was cool with it, and handled it well. I will use them next time I need a party

This is called Austin bus adventure, and boy was that accurate. I called and booked a bus seamlessly through Chris. The bus arrived at my house at precisely 8. Where my girls and I were patiently waiting to get weird. After 4 bottles of titos, 3 little people, a stuffed buffalo and zero inhibitions. Out night went off without a hitch. I had a horrible experience with this company last spring. I had a very large party of around 400 relying on the buses to them to the destination in a fun timely manner. This did not happen, not only did buses go to incorrect locations and refuse to take people back, but some bus drivers were extremely rude and unaccommodating. It not only caused me a ton of personal stress, but made the group experience very unpleasant.
