Zenbody was creating by Arturo Del Aguila and Miguel Chavez as a way to keep you thriving and being able to keep up with life. We started with mobile massage in 2015 in Mesa, Arizona. Now we are evolving into a self care and recovery brand reaching as many people as we can. It's our passion to help you take care of your only body and make the most out of it.

When I was just a kid, my mother experienced headaches, dizziness and as well as loss of motor function. No doctor was able to find any reason why this was happening. Slowly, painfully, and surely, her health declined over a number of years until she was unable to move at all.

I have been going to Arturo at Zenbody Massage for over 2 years. Arturo knows a body like no other massage therapist. Even if you tell him there is no problem spots he finds them and works them like no other. When you tell him an area, he knows exactly how long to spend on it and make it feel amazing. I would highly recommend Zenbody Massage over anyone else.

Before I started seeing Art for deep tissue massages, my neck & trap pain was around 7/10. It was extremely debilitating & detrimental training & job. Arturo is the perfect massage therapist. He is kind, professional, gifted with his hands and thoughtful to the needs of his clients. I have been carrying a lot of stress on my neck and shoulders lately. Haven’t been able to get much sleep due to the pain luckily that ended yesterday. I had a full body deep tissue massage from Zenbody Massage Therapy and I slept like a baby. I felt so relax after and throughout the night. Woke up feeling great this morning! Now I’m planning on getting one at least once at month! Thanks again Arturo!

Okay... ZENBODY is HANDS DOWN the BEST massage I’ve ever gotten. I’ve been getting massages with them for a while now and I’m never going anywhere else. This isn’t just your typical massage either.. They are educated and come up with treatment plans to improve their clients quality of life. I’m currently dealing with a large herniation and sciatica and Arturo has been paramount in my recovery. There is an “art” and talent to massage and Arturo has magical hands. He is able to accommodate any style or pressure you need. Before my herniation he was helping to relieve me of my knots
