Went here yesterday to get tires rotated and filled. Joe was very nice and accommodating esp. for my same day visit when shops generally ask you to 'leave it at 8 w keys in a lockbox pick up before they close'. Joe was very nice and easy to talk to + learn from, could tell he's a straight shooter and not out to pull one over on you. Will be back here for tires anything else my EV needs that he sells!

I had gone into my car dealership to get an oil change and tire rotation- they of course ended up telling me I needed additional things done- a 4 wheel alignment and to change 2 filters and then quoted me almost $400. I called here just for a comparison and they told me $200, I ended up coming in and it was less. Just appreciate nonhighway robbery when it comes to anything with my car!

I have a 1977 van and it is hard to find someone to work on it. I Brought it in to big Q. They were up front with coats and worked with me.
I drove the truck off and the next day I tried to start it, but it wouldn't start.
I called at 8am and he sent two guys out to meet me by 8:20.
It was my fault and the truck was in drive so it wouldn't start. They took the van back to the shop and tuned it up just in case, and now it runs like a charm.
Thank you Joe for being on it, and thank you Mike for giving me some of your knowledge. I really appreciate it.

Got into a dredged car crash with my Ford edge this summer and I had my local auto mechanic do some work on it but it turns out they didn't have all the right tools and necessary experience to get it up and running quickly enough.
So I brought it in to Big Q to have it looked and had to leave for half the day but at the end they figured out what was wrong with it and we started doing some work.
Turns out my AC condenser was defective from the manufacture so that initiated another visit but Joey handled it very well, communication was spot on and we were able to get the right part in with

I've been coming here for about 7 - 8 years over 2 different trucks, mainly because they're really close to my work, so I can get my vehicle serviced while I'm at work. But important to be aware of is that there are easily 10 different auto repair shops within 2 - 4 miles of my work, so why come to the team at Big Q? Easy......their pricing is fair, they do good honest work, and most importantly their customer service is excellent!

I had a really tricky situation that I couldn't find someone to help me with on my Subaru Crosstrek. I'm lucky that i found Big Q!

Stopped in for oil change. Great service and super personable guy behind counter. David d the guy here was awesome AND he offered me a taco while I waited haha can't beat that with a stick. Easily better service and quality work compared to major chains who rob you. Seems they take a personal approach here at Q no turn snd burn. Same synthetic oil same filter same checkup 30 bucks less and you support local business in Santa Monica.

This is my second time coming to Big Q! The first time was to get my car serviced and more recently, I came because my tire pressure lights were on, despite having filled my tires with air. They got me in an out with no time - such great service! They recalibrated the tire pressure lights and checked out my tires, at no cost! Fabulous and friendly service - will definitely be returning!

I will no longer be coming back here. I brought my car in yesterday for a simple battery change. It was quick and I was about to drive my car home, but decided to get my 50,000 mileage service done early since I was already here. The guys quoted me the final price and I approved it.
I received a call back from the shop stating that they ordered the wrong belt so my car would need to stay overnight. This morning, I received

So I'm new to the area and rolled the dice with big Q because of the good reviews. Fortunately this place happens to be less than a mile from where I live... So as much as I wanted them to be good, I was also trying to pay attention to self fulfilling prophecy's (convincing myself they were good simply because of proximity). I brought them my 1983 Nissan president and my 1990 Isuzu trooper... Both Japanese imports, both slightly complicated. As A Woman One thing you have to be weary of is auto shops that want to take advantage of your money. Big Q , precisely Levi, the location manager was not one of those people. I had an appointment and my car was taken in right away. I went in for an oil and brake change. Once inspection of my vehicle was completed I was informed of all the repairs or services that was recommended for my vehicle. Levi informed me of his suggestions and did not pressure me into getting services done like other auto shops
