Services
A survey, the primary purpose of which is to document the perimeters, or any one of them, of a parcel or tract of land by establishing or re-establishing corners, monuments, and boundary lines for the purposes of describing the parcel, locating fixed improvements on the parcel, dividing the parcel, or platting.
Professional surveying and mappings costs are dependent upon many factors such as the type of survey required, the availability of existing records and monuments, the type of terrain and location of the work to be performed. Competitive bidding for the lowest cost does not necessarily assure the best interest of our clients.

I was requesting a survey to be done, they chose not to because of the neighborhood. Even offered to be on site, so they can feel "safer". Still denied and in my eyes extremely disrespectful due to the fact the neighborhood isn't "dangerous".

Communication is extremely lacking with this company. Called them to complete a survey on my property since they had done the previous o e with the previous owner and already have the drawings (just need tweaked due to new building). Explained that I needed done within 3 weeks and was assured a call back by the secretary Shannon the next day. The business day is almost over and I got no response so I called just for her to tell me she would need another day to let me know if they can do it. I explained again I need it by a certain date (3 weeks from now) to which she said I’m not sure if we can

So these guys might be good? I don't know because I contacted them in late Jan...after promised call backs because "the secretary was out". No call back. I called three weeks later and still "the secretary was out" so "Jonathan Crescenti" took my info, I sent in drawings etc...nothing for 3 more weeks, I called back...and guess what I got the secretary, she said she needed to investigate and will call back...no call back. So I call once again and guess what..."the secretary is out" and we are not doing anymore work over the summer...so "sorry".
