Cumberland Camp is a great place for you! If you are looking for a great place to send your kids for the summer where they'll have a great time and learn a lot about God look no further! Cumberland Youth Camp's summer camp program offers a variety of activities to fill your child's day. In addition we also have a week full of teachers and speakers that will help teach your child about the Gospel and how to grow in Christ.
Services
We are launching a new volunteer opportunity for high schoolers called the Junior Volunteer Program. This program will be open to rising 9th graders through graduated seniors and will be held during our 5 weeks of camp. This will take the place of our "junior counselor" program. Our Junior Volunteers will be helping with a broad scope of activities as the need arises.
BRING: Bible, appropriate clothes, bedding, towels, washcloths, toiletries, notebook, pencil, modest swimsuit, light jacket, and shoes you can play in. DO NOT BRING: Computers, Cell phones, iPads, tablets, iPods, mp3 players, handheld gaming devices or other electronic devices, magazines, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, drugs, fireworks, or clothing with inappropriate advertising or language.
Here is what we do know. We will have to wear masks, a lot. The good news is that we won't have to wear them when we are sleeping, eating or swimming. As always, the safety of our campers is our #1 priority. We are committed to having a fun and safe summer while following all state and local guidelines.
At Cumberland Camp we pride ourselves in our ability to always have something new to do around the camp every day! Whether it's taking a dip in the pool, taking flight on our 45 foot Giant Swing, or just enjoying a walk around the lake there is something fun for every person of all ages. We are proud of the activities we offer now, but we continually focus on offering more and more activities for the future!

This camp is great. Totally worth the money and time.
Food is excellent. Most camps don't do a good job but these guys do.
Giant swing, amazing zip line, low ropes course, in ground pool, cantina with pool. Foos ball, and other games ( arcade games are down at the moment) clean cabins, dinning hall and awesome conference hall.
Ac worked great in our dorms. Bring your group here you'll be glad you did.

I spent alot of time at this camp. My father philip nelson was the director here a long time ago. This camp holds a special spot in my heart. I remember taking campers into the cave that is near the camp. I hope to visit and relieve some childhood memories sometime soon.

I've gone here for many years, and it may be the only place that I have nothing to complain about. Maybe the fact that it's built on a hill, and it's a lot of walking. I don't know if that's a bad thing though. It's an amazing atmosphere with lots to do.

I'm surprised to learn that Cumberland Camp is still in business. Last time I was there, 4 grown men dragged my 13 year old female best friend into the Canteen building and locked the door at about 10 pm. I heard her screaming. They said they performed an "exorcism" on her. Send your kids there, definitely.
