Economy Paving offers a full line of asphalt and concrete services to the commercial property market. The majority of our work is for existing properties and includes repair, reconstruction, and maintenance. Our work is often in high-traffic areas which require careful sequencing and tight deadlines.
Our Operations Manager will contact your project representative with on-site scheduling information and instructions. Many projects require precise staging; we will provide a schedule of service in these cases, and indicate which areas will be out of service and when. We provide the project representative with our plan for on-site storage of construction equipment as required.
As a sturdy and long lasting asset, you will want to keep your concrete surfaces safe and attractive. Cracks can be repaired by routing and filling with caulk, with larger cracks requiring backer rod. Filling cracks will avoid having water penetrate to the subgrade which will cause further damage to the concrete.
Make sure heavy truck service access areas are property designed for their use; these areas often require an upgrade from their initial design. Potholes should be properly repaired when observed; delaying patch work will increase the cost to repair and pose a safety hazard. Control drainage onto and from asphalt and concrete infrastructure in accordance with site design.
