Tyler has been representing clients in complex contract disputes and commercial collection cases since he began practicing law.
While that remains a fundamental part of Tyler's practice, he now helps businesses and individuals with a wide range of other issues as well, including landlord-tenant disputes, corporation and LLC formation, real estate matters, voidable and fraudulent transfer litigation, business partner separations, creditors' rights and lender representation, commercial document drafting and closings, construction litigation, employment disputes, and restrictive covenant enforcement (i.e., non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation clauses).

Since 2005, Cameron M. McCord has focused her practice on corporate and individual Chapter 11 bankruptcy, business law, commercial dispute resolution, and litigation with an emphasis on debtor-creditor disputes, problem loans, and business restructurings.
She has served as lead counsel in over 50 corporate Chapter 11 bankruptcies and over 20 individual Chapter 11 bankruptcies, obtaining confirmed reorganization plans in the vast majority of those cases.In 2020, Cameron was appointed as a Sub Chapter V, Chapter 11 trustee in the Northern District of Georgia.

THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY WANT TO ARGUE WITH YOU INSTEAD OF TELLING YOU THE PROBLEM. I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING THE MONEY THAT IS OWED, WHICH I DID NOT EVEN KNOW I OWED IT. I JUST SPOKE TO THE ORIGINAL PERSON WHICH IS CHECK AND GO AND THEY STATED THEY HAVE MY WRONG INFO ON FILE. I ALSO CALLED THE COLLECTION AGENCY WHICH SAID THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING NOTICES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IN 2014 AND THAT THEY HAVE MY WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS.
